I am Siya Choudhary, A high school student, artist, illustrator, and tech enthusiast with growing interest in computation and STEM fields looking to contribute and research in AI and machine learning. Inside, and outside, the school environment, I always persevere to further enhance my knowledge--especially in the fields of Computer Science and Arts. Art Commissions

I have been working with Anupama Dalmia, an author, blogger, and public figure since 2018. My work has been featured on multiple different topics for both Anupama Dalmia's personal and Public work including her platform 'Beyond the box'. I have also created the illustrations for her book series 'Box of Tales' The following images are some of the artworks I have created for Beyond The Box and some of Anupama Dalmia's own books.

Web Applications

Quzzania

Django Project

"Quizzania" is an award winning web application developed using the Django framework of Python. The app was inspired by education being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of the app was to allow students and teachers to create various quizzes on topics of their choice to help them study for classes or tests. Users had the opportunity to play others' quizzes and leave ratings as a way of broadening the scope of playability of the app. This app recieved 2nd place at the 2021 8th Congressional District Congressional App Challenge.

Frogger

Javascript Game

This is my take on the traditional Frogger arcade game with a goal to guide three frogs into their “homes” at the top of the screen while jumping on top of logs and avoiding obstacles like cars, snakes, and crocodiles. In order to win a round, you must guide three frogs into their home without running out of time or lives. Power-ups like an extra life and more time are found randomly spear across the playing area. As the player moves up levels, the game progressively gets more challenging.

Deal Or No Deal

Javascript Game

Based on the original game show, my Deal Or No Deal allows the player to use intuition and analysis to open boxes that gradually reveal money values. The player begins by blocking one of the boxes to save as their own. The player opens fewer boxes each round and at the end of each round, the player receives an offer from the banker. If they choose to accept the deal they go home with the money they have and if not they continue to the next round. When there are only two boxes remaining the player can choose which one they would like to open and the value they get in that box is the one they go take.

Race Car Simulator

Python Simulator

This racing simulation allows players to earn points on wins and upgrade their car to get better as they zoom through a player designed racing season. In each round the player races against 3 other contestants (computer players) and the placings and player’s car stats are displayed. To make the simulation more realistic, players may randomly face a malfunction that increases their lap times. Based on their standings, the player earns points that allow them to buy new parts and upgrade their car in the shop. The player also accumulates season points that help decide their season rankings compared to the other contestants.

Word Search

JavaFX and SceneBuilder

Classic word search designed to tease and turn on your brain. User can play in different difficulty levels, grid sizes, and categories to earn points and get their name on the laederboard. Players can hunt for words from a given list and try to gain maximum points by utilizing their time wisely. Extensive layout thought and validations will ensure an enjoyable and easy-to-understand game for all players.
